Welcome back, sports enthusiasts! We’re here to bring you the latest update from the exciting world of floor curling, where tensions were high as the residents of Mount View Lodge in Olds, embarked to Aspen Ridge Lodge in Didsbury for a highly anticipated floor curling rematch!
With the stage set and the stones ready to slide, both teams engaged in six gripping ends of curling action, each one more intense than the last. The scoreboard told a tale of fierce competition, with both teams neck and neck after every end, neither side willing to concede an inch.
Aspen Ridge Lodge had the “home floor advantage” this time, however, they found themselves unable to rally for the win… In a nail-biting finish, it was the residents of Mount View Lodge who emerged victorious once again, clinching the match with a narrow final score of 7-6!
The atmosphere was electric as cheers erupted from the residents of Mount View Lodge celebrating their team’s continued dominance on the curling floor. With this latest triumph, the coveted trophy remains firmly in place at Mount View Lodge!
As for the future, no rematch has been scheduled at this time, leaving fans on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting the next chapter in this gripping rivalry. Will Aspen Ridge Lodge be able to re-coup from their loss and have what it takes to stage a comeback, or will Mount View Lodge continue their reign as the undisputed champions of floor curling?
