Mountain View Seniors’ Housing proudly operates four welcoming lodges across Carstairs, Didsbury, Olds, and Sundre, each designed to support seniors with varying levels of care and service needs. Our lodges offer comfortable, personalized living spaces, along with nutritious meals, housekeeping, and access to a wide range of social and recreational opportunities that nurture connection and well-being.
With each community uniquely tailored to its residents, we strive to provide safe, supportive environments where seniors can continue to thrive and feel at home.

Assessment
Schedule an appointment with your doctor and have the medical form included in the application package completed.

Assessment
Obtain a copy of your most current Notice of Assessment showing Line 150 and enclose it with your completed application and medical form

Submit for
Processing
Submit your completed package (application form, medical form, and most current Notice of Assessment) to our Housing & Admissions department for processing
SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
Once your Lodge Application Package is complete, please submit the entire package to the Housing & Admissions Department by:
