Mountain View Seniors’ Housing is governed by a Board of Directors with representatives from Carstairs, Cremona, Didsbury, Sundre, Olds, and Mountain View County.

The board ensures effective governance by setting policies, approving budgets, appointing auditors, and overseeing financial integrity. They hire the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to manage operations and implement strategic initiatives, guiding the organization toward sustainable growth.
