Seniors' Self-Contained Apartments
Mountain View Seniors’ Housing offers comfortable, affordable one-bedroom apartments for independent seniors ages 65+ across Sundre, Olds, Didsbury, Carstairs, and Cremona. These units are designed to support safe, secure living while helping seniors remain active and connected within their community.

Affordable Living
Rent is set at 30% of total income (line 15000 on your Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment), ensuring housing remains accessible for low to moderate income seniors. Residents are responsible for their own electricity, cable TV, telephone, and parking. A security deposit equal to the first month’s rent is required.
Suite Features
Each apartment includes:

Limited in-suite storage

These units provide a quiet, private home environment, ideal for seniors who are able to live independently but want the security of a managed community.

How Applications Are Prioritized
Suites are allocated according to a point-scoring system mandated by Government of Alberta, which considers income and current housing conditions. This ensures that applicants with the greatest need are given priority.

Applications must be fully completed and include your most recent Notice of Assessment.
