Self Contained Apartments
Mountain View Seniors’ Housing operates one-bedroom apartments in Sundre, Olds, Didsbury, Carstairs & Cremona for low to moderate income seniors. Rent is based on 30% of total income (line 150 of the Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment). The tenant is responsible for electricity, cable t.v., parking & telephone. A security deposit is required. A refrigerator, stove & window coverings are provided.

All applications must be completed in full, be signed by a Commissioner for Oaths, and provide the required additional documentation (please see Frequently Asked Questions below).
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
